How payment works

Get your receipt
PayPal emails you a receipt right away. We email again when your order ships.

Returns and warranty
If SGO isn't right for your garage, send it back.
30-day returns
- Full refund of the product price within 30 days of delivery
- Opened and installed units are fine if undamaged and complete
- Include the device, adapter, manual, and activation code label
- Original shipping isn't refunded
1-year limited warranty
- Covers defects in parts and workmanship for 1 year from delivery
- We repair or replace the device, our choice
- Replacements ship to you free
Return shipping
- Defective or wrong item: we email you a prepaid label
- Changed your mind: you pay return shipping
- No restocking fee
The warranty doesn't cover damage from incorrect wiring, water, physical damage, or opening or modifying the device. To start a return or claim, contact us with your PayPal order ID and a short description.
